Waiting Room (For interview)
It’s not a waiting room which is directed by Mostofa Sarwar Faruki. It’s a waiting room for interview. Let it describe me in details.
By phone called I was informed that I have an interview with the company X (name changed) at 4 pm of 2nd May 2008. That was the unknown location for me. So after lunch I started to move at 2:30 pm. That day was Friday. I reached the company at 2:53 pm. Though I reached early, I went a tea stall for take tea. It was hot day and I planed to stay in that office waiting room under the AC. I enter on the waiting room where three candidates were also waiting for it. It was 3:17 pm; the first candidate is called for interview who was invited at 2:30 pm. Now think that, why I am writing now. The first candidate came back at 3:52 pm and then the second candidate was called. In the mean time, other three candidates were come who are invited at 4 pm. When the second candidate returned, it was 4:26 pm. And another two candidates were also come. So we were seven candidates still waiting for interview yet. At 4:40 pm, the third candidate returned too. It was my turn. But I informed that I had to wait for a few minutes. So I was again waiting for it. After ten minutes other one candidate came and then we became eight. And they informed us that the board was in conversation with foreign countries people. It will take few minute also. I asked to informer that how much time they will take. He answers that it will take more over ten or fifteen minutes. Now tell me that what should I do?
I do not know what you think but I leave the office. Some one thinks about my patience. But I think that, in which company there is no value of time that company must be mismanagement. So if I got the job, I might be fallen in harmful condition.
That is not only the X company problem. There are few more companies which are mismanaged like that. They make appointment with ten more candidates in same time. But some candidates may need to maintain another office. They are take leave for some minutes. Some candidates may have another appointment with other company or any relative or any other person.
I think it is needed to calculate an estimated time for each candidate and called them maintaining the time duration.

Can you ever get practical feeling of water?
I woke up from sleep by hearing the door knock as everyday routine at 7 am. That is our home worker who knocks the door. By masturbating my eyes I went bathroom for wash my face. But when open the drum of water there is no dew of water resting for wash. Then what to do? That is the most important problem to all of us of Dhaka city peoples. Then I call my roommates and all of we go to nearest mosque with three drums. The distance of mosque from our home is approximately quarter kilo and we live in 3rd floor. And every drum is 500 liters. When we reach the mosque, we saw a line of 50 people which are waiting for take water. After waiting half a one hour we get only one drum water. So we have to take decision that we can use water for no bath, only toilet, washing face and rest of water will use for cooking.
It is make me shame to say that I could not bath previous two days. Can you imagine what the feeling of mine? Two days passing, there is no supply of water in our lane. There are so many people live in here. Every old, young and child is suffered in this problem. But there is no action taken by WASA or government. Some where you can get water but those are so dirty that make anybody sick. If I ask you the question what is the color of water? You must be answer as quickly as possible, it is white. But check your tap, is it white or gray?
You may be smile now for knowing the hesitated condition. But think is it our natural problem or created problem?
Please answer by writing your comment, what can we/government/WASA do for our country to solve this problem?
